摘要: From the great field of photoconductive phenomena only a limited number aspects are discussed. The first two themes vz. kinetics charge-carrier generation and recombination, contact influence on photocurrents fundamental importance. charge carriers is discussed along lines approximation method Duboc-Klasens. As an example case gallium phosphide treated by this method. Furthermore supralinearity, quenching activation explained.
