摘要: Abstract Bubble properties were studied in a two-dimensional bed and square 1.2m wide fluidized with large particles (1 mm average diameter). Horizontal vertical arrays of optical probes used to measure the bubble characteristics. The velocity depends on proximity bubbles above it; is closely approximated by Davidson Harrison expression. At high flow rate, initial size estimated Froude number correlation. rate coalescence well-correlated void fraction can be predicted allowing for random spatial distribution bubbles. A one-dimensional model growth presented.
