摘要: In a large ecological survey of Britain,13841 quadrats were sampled in 508 1-km squares. The included 1132 species vascular plants, which 643 occurred 10 or more quadrats. Applying the method Gaussian logistic regression to data from this survey, optima and tolerances estimated for Ellenberg’s seven indicator variables. Tolerances showed very little relation original scales. Most within range scales but few lacked some Optima strong positive values, resulting scale was compressed. We propose locally-weighted trend line convert each optimum value an estimate value. Reprediction using methods based on large-scale quadrat samples offers good means extending values new geographic area such as Britain.
