摘要: Cancer remains one of the most complex diseases affecting humans. Despite impressive advances made in molecular and cell biology, mechanism by which cancer cells progress through carcinogenesis acquire their metastatic ability is still widely debated. Tumors are heterogeneous cellular entities whose growth depends on dynamical interactions among cells, as well between constantly changing microenvironment. Several types immune including both innate adaptive system, comprise human microenvironment distributed tumor islets stroma. While chronic inflammation considered hallmarks cancer, increasing risk development progression, clinical relevance components system less clear. A relevant issue to unravel discrepancy promoting effects proliferation, invasion, dissemination induced some inflammatory inhibitory exerted local response. Here, we discuss role played systems progression metastasis cancers various histologic origins, prognostic information currently understood exploited.
