摘要: Abstract The acclimation response of the chloroplast was studied in green marine microalga Koliella antarctica exposed to a simulated austral night 90 d. On basis micro- and submicroscopic aspects observed, photosynthetic pigment patterns monitored spectrophotometrically, course assembly PSII chlorophyll-protein complexes evaluated microspectrofluorimetrically vivo on single living cells, it established that alga tolerates stress light absence when cultured laboratory.
