摘要: Abstract The goal of this report is to evaluate in a prospective randomized fashion the effect flushing hepatic allografts with tacrolimus before transplantation. A prospective, double-blinded, trial was performed. Twenty patients receiving orthotopic liver transplants from October 2000 2001 were into two groups. Group 1 (active) administered tacrolimus, 20 ng/mL, plus Plasma-lyte (Baxter Healthcare Corp, Deerfield, IL) flush solution; and group 2 (placebo) only A. Ischemia/reperfusion injury assessed both groups after transplantation by means serum laboratory values assess hepatocellular damage, synthetic function, ion transport capacity. Peak recorded for each parameter, their distributions compared. There no statistically significant differences between age, sex, total ischemia time, or cause disease. Global multivariate comparison peak changes all measures function indicated significantly lower treatment than placebo (P = .01). sample median less parameters measured. Individual statistical showed that baseline aspartate aminotransferase activated partial thromboplastin time improved ≤ .05) treatment. In trial, we show containing results superior early graft decreased reperfusion compared alone. (Liver Transpl 2003;9:144-149.)
