摘要: The endogenous protein phosphorylation patterns in plasma membranes of bulk isolated neurons and astroglia from control chronic ethanol treated rats have been investigated. Chronic treatment resulted increased specific proteins with molecular weights 116, 63 60 kDa both astrocytes. These were further resolved by 2-DE the analysis suggested an ≏10–15 proteins, which 116 is phosphorylated to a higher extent ethanol. Further, decreased was noticed D-95 D-63 D-78 D-54 Alkali stability experiments for identifying phosphoamino acid involved that tyrosine threonine are not probably serine likely site during treatment. membrane might contribute evoked cellular dysfunction.
