摘要: Cancer survivors are increasing as improvements in cancer diagnosis and treatment translate to improved outcomes. As their reproductive years contemplate pregnancy, it is important understand the impact of its on fertility pregnancy treatments such chemotherapy radiotherapy can affect patients' fertility, strategies available help preserve future survivors. The potential previous diagnoses maternal fetal outcomes needs be assessed discussed with survivors, support from materno-fetal medicine specialists high-risk antenatal services needed.
