摘要: Abstract Ion-beam-assisted phase transformation in the Fe-N system has been studied Fe samples implanted with N. By bombarding Ar ions at temperatures 140°C ≤ T 420°C range, e-Fe2N → e-Fe2+x N + e-Fe3.2N and γ′-Fe4N transformations were induced. The ion-assisted as a function of firstly temperature substrate, secondly initial concentration thirdly irradiation time. results experiments show that concomitant use ion bombardment induces given is typically 40–50°C lower than required for thermal annealing alone.
