摘要: Poly(ethylene glycol) based hydrogel nanomembranes (PHMs) are demonstrated to be able host protein-specific receptors, providing, at the same time, stable, protein-repelling matrices with a characteristic mesh size up 7-8 nm. The membranes were prepared by crosslinking of amino- and epoxy-terminated STAR-PEG precursors maintained their properties even deviation precursor composition from equilibrium value (1 : 1). grafting density test avidin protein, specifically attached biotin moieties coupled free amine groups in PHMs, varied 0.45 × 10(12) 1.3 proteins per cm(2) within sampling depth experiments (∼11.5 nm), depending on composition, whereas analogous values for non-specifically adsorbed lower factor 4-5. engineering PHMs biomolecule-specific receptors loading biomolecules potential interest sensor fabrication biomedical applications, including tissue regenerative therapy.
