摘要: Introduction The International Neuromodulation Society (INS) has determined that there is a need for guidance regarding safety and risk reduction implantable neurostimulation devices. The INS convened an international committee of experts in the field to explore evidence clinical experience safety, risks, steps improve outcomes. Methods The Appropriateness Consensus Committee (NACC) reviewed world literature English by searching MEDLINE, PubMed, Google Scholar evaluate ways reduce risks therapies. This evidence, obtained from relevant literature, consensus panel were used make final recommendations on improving reducing risks. Results The NACC ability associated with use devices valuable goal possible best practice. recommended several practice modifications will lead improved care. also sets out minimum training standards necessary become implanting physician. Conclusions The identified possibility patient care through modification. We recommend all physicians review this consider adapting their accordingly.
