摘要: Abstract In Sweden, approximately 1.4 million dwellings were built 1946–1975. Today, a considerable part of these are in need renovation for various reasons. Research results, as well experiences and outcomes from projects could facilitate performing more efficient renovations. As an aid further research, this paper aims to compile review relevant literature that may support choosing strategy decisions on measures. The focus is research status determinations, strategies Differences similarities within areas presented through the analysis 234 references. results show multifamily buildings temperate climate conditions widely researched. included has strong energy focus, while other aspects researched well, they not strongly represented.
