摘要: Systems exposure science has emerged from the traditional environmental assessment framework and incorporates new concepts that link sources of human to internal dose metabolic processes. Because many studies are designed for retrospective evaluations they often do not provide practical toxicological outcome parameters. Our goal was examine systems biology research adapt them a network approach maps forward perturbation event using two hypothetical examples. The article proposes should only retrospectively document levels, but also measure biological parameters can be used inform relevant systemic changes.
