摘要: REACT (Real-Time EEG Analysis for event deteCTion) is a Support Vector Machine based technology which, in recent years, has been successfully applied to the problem of automated seizure detection both adults and neonates. This paper describes implementation on commercial DSP microprocessor; Analog Devices Blackfin®. The primary aim this work develop prototype system use ambulatory or in-ward analysis. Furthermore, complexity various stages algorithm Blackfin processor analysed; particular feature extraction stages. hardware profile used select reduced, platform-aware set, order evaluate classification accuracy lower-complexity, lower-power system.
