摘要: TRPC4 is important regulators of electrical excitability in gastrointestinal myocytes, pancreatic β-cells and neurons. Much known regarding the assembly function these channels including TRPC1 as a homotetramer or heteromultimer roles that their interacting proteins play controlling events. Further, they are one best-studied targets G protein-coupled receptors growth factors general Gαi/o Gαq protein coupled receptor epidermal factor leptin particular. However, our understanding small on still rudimentary. We discuss potential for Rasd1 channel activation addition to role cellular signaling.
