摘要: The discovery and characterization of microRNAs (miRNAs) other families short RNAs has led to a rapid expansion research directed at elucidating their expression patterns regulatory functions. Here, we describe convenient, sensitive, straightforward method detect quantitate specific miRNA levels in unfractionated total RNA samples. method, based on splinted ligation, does not require specialized equipment or any amplification step, is significantly faster more sensitive than Northern blotting. We demonstrate that the can be used various classes small from different organisms.
