摘要: This study evaluated the effects of bioidentical nanostructured progesterone alone or in association with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on vitro survival and development preantral follicles (experiment 1) oocyte maturation 2). Bioidentical hormones have a molecular structure identical that endogenous hormones; substances refer to those reduced nanoscale. In experiment 1, fragments goat ovarian tissue were cultured for 7 days α-MEM+ supplemented nanoprogesterone (MEM+ + P4) P4 hCG hCG). 2, two mediums (IVM) compared. Medium 1 consisted TCM 199+ LH, medium 2 hCG. The MEM+ treatment showed lowest percentage follicular after culture. treatments higher activation than MEM+. there no differences between all endpoints evaluated. conclusion, addition is advisable culture maturation. However, causes cellular death initial but shows efficacy IVM.
