摘要: Summary Nephroblastoma, a relatively common renal neoplasm of young swine, represents the animal counterpart Wilms' tumour children. Five porcine nephroblastomas were examined histologically, and immunohistochemically with antibodies against vimentin (VIM), cytokeratins (CKs), smooth-muscle actin, Factor VIII, laminin. Histologically all showed three components typical this tumour: mesenchymal blastema, epithelium (tubuli, glomeruloid bodies) stroma. The only antibody recognizing cells was VIM. One-third tubular structures positive for All tubules CK19, two-thirds expressed CK AE1/AE3, one-third CKs 8–18. Small round tubuli, located in stromal septa, CK7 (ureteric branches). Stromal both VIM demonstrating myofibroblastic differentiation. kidney originates from which changes to epithelium, losing acquiring expression. In adult mammalian kidney, 19 is by parietal Bowman's capsule distal tubules. Nevertheless, CK19 also considered “transient” CK, different kinds epithelia during detected several undifferentiated neoplasms. This finding, together co-expression some tubules, demonstrates embryonic origin nephroblastoma.
