摘要: Objective To assess the associations of Assessment Spondyloarthritis International Society Health Index (ASAS HI) with gender and other factors in patients ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods From November 2017 to October 2018, we measured Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS), Bath (BASDAI), Functional (BASFI), modified Stoke Spinal (mSASSS) ASAS HI score for AS at Taichung Veterans General Hospital. After adjusting disease activity (ASDAS-erythrocyte sedimentation rate [ESR], ASDAS- C-reactive protein [CRP], BASDAI+ESR or BASDAI+CRP), mSASSS potential confounders including medications, comorbidities, laboratory data, any between sum ASDAS were assessed using multiple linear regression analysis, as well an >5 multivariable logistic analysis. Results A total 307 (62 [20.2%] females, mean age 46.4 years [S.D. 13.3], symptom duration 20.6 12.1]) included. Multiple analysis showed that male was significantly associated a lower (B = -1. 91, 95% confidence interval [CI], −2.82–−1.00, p 5 than females (odds ratio 0.15, CI, 0.07–0.36, <0.001). measures, ASDAS-ESR, ASDAS-CRP BASDAI, had positive correlations HI. Conclusion This single-center, cross-sectional study revealed higher female measures.
