摘要: This study investigated the polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) characteristics of denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms (DNPAO) and non-denitrifying (non-DNPAO) via a series anoxic batch experiments in which sludge was taken from hybrid AS-biofilm pilot plant named TNCU-I process. The results showed that 40.7% 59.3% PHA utilized aerobic zones, respectively. Meanwhile, 47% 53% up zones. uptake amount per unit consumption (γPO4/PHA) zones were 0.83 mg PO4-P/mg 0.64 PHA. Furthermore, γPO4/PHA DNPAO non-DNPAO 1.12 1.22 PHA, difference for between may be caused by insufficient extra zone.
