摘要: Aiming at determining the quantum efficiency of fully activated negative electron affinity(NEA) GaN photocathodes, we have investigated spectral response NEA photocathodes by using a dedicated ultraviolet measurement instrument. The curve reflection-mode photocathode has been obtained in band region from 230nm to 400nm. experimental results show that reaches up 37.4% 230 nm, and 365 which is threshold photocathode, remains 3.75%. A sharp cutoff characteristic with over two orders magnitude degradation nm 400 observed. Based on former research results, factors influencing were also comprehensively analyzed paper.
