摘要: Transformation of tamoxifen has been observed in water by prolonged sunlight irradiation. The main photoproducts, isolated chromatographic techniques, have identified spectroscopic means. Photoisomerization, photocyclization and, to a lesser extent, photooxygenation appear be involved the degradation drug. acute and chronic toxicity parent drug its photoproducts were tested on non-target aquatic organisms (Brachionus calyciflorus, Thamnocephalus platyurus, Daphnia magna Ceriodaphnia dubia). Exposure all compounds induced mainly effects without significant differences among parental derivative compounds.
