摘要: Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patient report and physician assessment urinary incontinence severity compare these assessments a validated instrument. Study Design: A sequential sample 153 women with enrolled over 12 months. Patients completed detailed health questionnaire that included medical comorbidity scale, 12-item short-form survey (SF-12) quality life instrument, PRIME-MD questionnaire, assessment. is single question asks rate her symptoms on 5-point Likert scale (range: 1 [mild] 5 [severe]). After physicians history, physical examination, review 3-day voiding diary, they assigned score. rating patient's index computed used for comparison. This multiplicative based frequency (4 levels) amount leakage (2 levels), which yields an value 8. Spearman correlation coefficients were calculated assessment, scores, values.
