摘要: Phenomenological analyses suggest that persons with schizophrenia have profound difficulties meaningfully engaging the world and situating a sense of self intersubjectively, which leads to experience as absent. In this paper we explore implications view for understanding workings potential individual psychotherapy. Following an examination psychotherapy transcripts over 60 schizophrenia-spectrum disorders offer four principles provide clinical vignettes exemplify these points. We may be conceptualised "dialogical prosthesis" helps individuals recover past selves then kindle internal external dialogue, partially enables emerge. The therapeutic process consists assisting move towards recovery by providing intersubjective space where they can evolve first-person perspective themselves second-person when encountering others.
