摘要: An endo-polygalacturonase from culture extracts of Aspergillus japonicus was purified about 34-fold by ammonium sulfate fractionation, SE-Sephadex column chromatography and gel filtration. The enzyme homogeneous on ultracentrifugation disc electrophoresis. Using filtration a molecular weight 35,500 estimated for the enzyme. rapidly reduced viscosity pectic acid released reducing groups in random manner, yielding mixture mono-, di- trigalacturonic acids as end products. pH optimum viscosity-reducing activity 4.5 with pectin substrates, that releasing also various substances. able to macerate kinds plant tissues itself.
