摘要: This case was a 27 years old female with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). She suffered from typical symptoms of SARS. Although she got almost complete recovery most after treatment, noted onset anosmia 3 weeks the her first symptom. Her brain MRI examination did not show definite lesion except an incidental finding left temporal epidermoid cyst. persisted for more than 2 during following up. Peripheral neuropathy and myopathy have been reported as concomitant problem convalescent stage SARS, while sequel permanent ansomia in SARS before. Olfactory neuropathy, which rarely occurred peripheral could be special type induced by corona virus infection function test should taken into routine check-up patients The pathophysiology therapeutic strategy this olfactory dysfunction deserve further investigation.
