摘要: Summary Twenty-six foetuses, two calves 10 and 35 days old respectively from cows suffering parasitic bronchitis, faecal samples born of lungworm diseases were all negative for any stage D. viviparus . An examination 17 livers cattle affected with lungworms did not reveal parasites, but they detected in some mesenteric lymph glands the same animals. In experimental infections rabbits, guinea-pigs, mice infective larvae filaria migratory route phase life-cycle both species followed. Infective found after 24 hours lungs on third day. The active passed through lymphatic during first five to six days. Larvae had developed fourth 6th day, sexes clearly differentiated. Fifth parasites observed at earliest 14 infection. After 22 adult female worms showed vulvar opening males spicules normal size. Pneumonic lesions situations as those cattle.
