摘要: A National Serum Bank was established to store sera obtained during the Seroepidemiological Survey performed in Mexico 1987. More than 70,000 serum samples were from subjects of either sex 1-99 years age each 32 states country. The current collection includes 28,704 male and 40,629 female samples. This paper describes procedures for handling samples, including reception registry, storage distribution several laboratories detection measles, rubella, poliomyelitis, AIDS, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, brucella, salmonella, amoeba, toxoplasma, American trypanosomiasis cysticercus.
