摘要: A multi-tier architecture consists of numerous craft as part the system, orbital, aerial, and surface tiers. Each tier is able to collect progressively greater levels information. Generally, from lower-level tiers are deployed a target interest based on its identification by higher-level craft. While promotes significant amounts science being performed in parallel, this may overwhelm computational transmission capabilities higher-tier links (particularly deep space link back Earth). Because this, new paradigm in-situ data processing required.
