摘要: An air-fired (850° C) alloy powder of Ni-Si-B has been prepared to test its suitability in silk screen conductor applications. The silicon and boron were included because, when alloyed with nickel, they greatly impede the oxidation latter, removing necessity for inert gas firing. physical aspects this novel material have examined by SEM, while chemical nature was studied ESCA. It found that during airfiring forms a glass around conductive metal particles impeding nickel. Preferential migration surface is indicated. Speculations are presented pathway material.
