摘要: The purpose of our study was to determine whether the early patterns growth and maturation regenerating soleus muscle grafts are sensitive alterations in mechanical load. We hypothesized that decreased increased loading would reduce accelerate, respectively, rate magnitude impair enhance, pattern maturation. On day 0, muscles were grafted rats assigned one three groups: cage sedentary (normal load), hindlimb suspension (decreased or ablation synergist (increased load).
