摘要: INTRODUCTION AND AIMS Patients with opioid use disorder experience great challenges during acute pain management due to tolerance or withdrawal symptoms. Previous studies have recommended the of adjuvant drugs in these patients. In this study, we compared effect intraoperative lidocaine ketamine postoperative DESIGN METHODS randomized clinical trial, 180 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly allocated into 3 groups. groups A, B, and C received intravenous lidocaine, ketamine, normal saline, respectively, operation. Then, scores, analgesic requirements, patient satisfaction, sleepiness recorded among RESULTS Numerical rating scales first hour postoperation significantly lower group than control (P < 0.001). The mean total amount morphine consumption 24-hour was 14.49 ± 26.89, 16.59 ± 30.65, 21.72 ± 43.29 mg group, being comparison other less restless, calmer, drowsy DISCUSSION CONCLUSION According findings, systemic is more effective improve quality without causing any significant complications disorder.
