摘要: The effect of different sugars (glucose, glycerol, maltose, galactose and lactose) on cell-membrane-associated proteinase production by Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis 313 (LDL 313) was investigated. experimental results showed that aside glycerol galactose, all the other supported high growth levels LDL 313, with glucose displaying maximum biomass concentration 0.85 mg/mL dry cell weight for cells harvested at mid-exponential phase ∼12 h after inoculation. specific yield, a measure rate relative to wall biosynthesis, used evaluate preferential degree metabolism as induced consumption sugar substrates 313. It found maltose displayed highest yield 12.59 U/mg consumed. Further, molecular differences were observed in SDS electrophoretic profile surface proteins generated carbon substrates. This is preliminary study which supports inference stimulate cell-surface significant activity.
