摘要: This chapter provides an overview of the most recent advances in preparation polar organometallic compounds (containing alkali metals, magnesium, and zinc), characterized by little if no stabilization, their reactivity with alkylating agents. After a general introduction on direct alkylation alkyl alkenyl organometallics, focuses allylation carbometalation reactions, including diastereo- enantioselective processes, finally discusses some updated examples cross-coupling transformations employing magnesium zinc organometallics.
