Sulfidation properties of Fe‐6.1 at.% Mo alloy at 973–1273 K

摘要: Sulfidation of an Fe-6.1 at% Mo alloy was investigated in H2S-H2 atmospheres, 10−4 ⩽ Ps2 102Pa, at 973-1273 K. The reaction kinetics are parabolic except 1273 K as liquid sulfide formation leads to catastrophic corrosion. This solid-liquid transformation between Fe2Mo2S4 and Mo2S3 occurs 1214 ± 9 At 1073 = 10−4Pa, growth a duplex Mo2S3/FeMo2S4 scale offers high resistance sulfidation. 973, 1173 K, 10−2 sulfidation the same magnitude for pure iron describe composed inner (FeMo2S4 + Mo2S3) layer outer FeS layer. Marker measurements indicated that two-phase supported by inward migration sulfur resulted from outward iron. Sulfidierungsverhalten von Fe-6, 1 at.% bei K Die Sulfidierung einer Legierung Fe6,1 wurde H2S-H2-Atmosphare (10−4 102Pa) untersucht. Die Reaktion verlauft nach einem parabolischen Zeitgesetz, lediglich fuhrt die Bildung flussiger Sulfide zu katastrophaler Korrosion. Dieser Fest/Flussig-Ubergang erfolgt Bei und 10−4Pa bietet der entstehende Duplexzunder (Mo2S3/FeMo2S4) hohe Bestandigkeit gegen weitere Sulfidierung. sowie 102Pa liegt Sulfidierungskinetik gleichen Grosenordnung wie reinem Eisen, man erhalt einen Duplexzunder, bestehend aus inneren Mo2S3)- auseren FeS-Schicht. Messungen mit Markierungen haben gezeigt, das innere zweiphasige Schicht durch innen gerichtete Migration Schwefel wachst, wahrend ausere FeS-Schicht ausen Eisen entsteht.
