摘要: Abstract The ferrites having the general formula Ni1−xZnxFe2O4 with 0⩽x⩽0.5 and Ni0.5Zn0.5YyFe2−yO4 0.02⩽x⩽0.10 were synthesized under atmospheric pressure, showed single spinel phase in X-ray diffractogram patterns. structural properties magnetic behavior at different fields concentration of substituted nonmagnetic (Zn2+) yttrium (Y3+) ions studied. constants have been calculated from DC susceptibility measurements. transition ferrimagnetic to paramagnetic state is accompanied by an increase thermo-emf. It was observed that moment system Curie temperature decreased substitution Zn. This means some cations on B site migrate A which control physical system.
