Organizations have recognized importance embracing policies and practicing their workforces because it helps enhance competitiveness, build talent, expand organizational capabilities, access markets like diverse customer bases. The benefits achieved by acknowledging strengths can bring organization. Service office state property auction (KPKNL) Manado one firm as base that come not just but also outside Manado. KPKNL became representative for haves foundation diversity. objective this research analyze factors on productivity especially Research method had been used associated with multiple linear regression analysis technique. population all employees at sample many 36 respondents.
