摘要: In the biological tissue such as fish skin, guanine microcrystals, which are synthesized in chromatophore cell, genetically designed to metallic luster. [1, 2] This biologically organic crystal has micro scale and thin plate shape. Maximum plane of this high light reflectance. [3] Our past studies revealed anisotropy dia-magnetic susceptibility microcrystal. [4] Technique orientation enable us control intensity reflection on [5, 6] present study, we investigate effects reflected from crystal, is assumed affect detecting sensitivity emission bioluminescence. By using luciferin-luciferase chemical reaction irradiate crystals neighborhood their surface.
