摘要: Abstract The binding of indapamide to isolated serum proteins and erythrocytes was studied in order understand its blood distribution. In serum, mainly bound α1-acid glycoprotein with a high affinity (K = 73.4/mM), albumin lipoproteins. Indapamide via saturable process 385/mM N 57 μM for an hematocrit value 0.48), were the main component (more than 80% associated blood). affected distribution blood, shown be more effective protein decreasing amount erythrocytes.
