The scope of municipal energy plans in a Swedish region : A review of energy and environmental issues in the plans

摘要: Swedish legislation requires municipalities to produce an energy plan. Each municipal government is required prepare and maintain a plan for the supply, distribution, use of energy. Legislation also assessment environmental impacts any activities before implementation. Whether plans have contributed or preferably controlled development local systems has been subject debate. In research project "Strategic Environmental Assessment Local Energy Systems", financed by Agency, as tool developing studied. this study, twelve from Ostergotland County in southern Sweden analysed. Different kinds are represented county. The analysis based on number questions different categories assessing system characteristics, impact aims, planning process, goals plans. This report reviews contents all first study.
