摘要: Explant cultures of human tissues metabolized chemical carcinogens into the ultimate carcinogenic form as measured by binding to cellular DNA. A wide inter-individual variation in level many target cell DNA was observed, whereas lesser observed primary epithelial derived from ex-plants. The levels explants showed a unimodal distribution without any sub-populations being present. benzo(a)pyrene bronchial has been analyzed with respect genetic and environmental factors such family history cancer smoking history.
