摘要: Abstract A series of Eu 2+ and Mn co-doped SrAl 2 B O 7 phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction method. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) photoluminescence excitation emission employed to characterize the phosphors. The results show that energy transfers between ions. As content Ca ions in x Sr 0.92− Al :Eu 0.06 , 0.02 increased, CIE coordinates decreased close white color standard mandated National Television Standard Committee (NTSC). Meanwhile, a LED (light-emitting diode) was fabricated combining 0.5 0.42 with 370 nm InGaN chip. coordinate also standard, indicating phosphor is promising single-host can be used LEDs.
