摘要: Methods are described in which microwave techniques used to measure the electron density during period following a discharge. By measuring detuning of resonant cavity containing electrons, it is possible densities between 1010 and 106 electrons/cc gases whose pressure may be varied over wide range. Design criteria given permit proper operation method under conditions encountered experiment.
