摘要: This thesis considered aspects of cells and biomaterials required for effective tissue engineering bone. Along these lines, we investigated cell characteristics decisive the control cell-biomaterial interactions adhesion to three-dimensional carriers. We focused on selective adhesion. Bone marrow stromal are a promising source osteoprogenitor can easily be obtained by bone aspiration in humans or centrifugation rodents followed selection based adherence culture plastic. characterized populations found adherent fraction rat marrow. that included (MSC), which progenitors mesenchymal types, hematopoietic (HC). To determine if HC had positive negative effects osteogenic differentiation, separated MSC immunomagnetically combined them controlled varied proportions.
