[A cross-sectional study on iodine nutrition in general population from Zhejiang province, China].

摘要: Objective To understand the current status of iodine nutrition among community residents to compare level in different areas and groups populations Zhejiang province.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted from twenty-two communities province were selected.A cross-sectional survey conducted,using questionnaires,laboratory tests,on urinary iodine,water concentration salt,which had played positive roles calculation nutrition.Results Results this as follows:the median water salt 2.42 μg/L 28.8 mg/kg,respectively.The coverage iodized salts 79.54％,with ingesting rate qualified iodized-salt 76.65％ content population 161 μg/L.The average pregnant women 138 μg/L,with percentage samples less than 100 25.92％,more 300 15.30％.The proportions intake through water,salt other foods 1.70％,76.41％ 21.89％,respectively.Conclusion The general seemed be appropriate,but requirement,which should call for attention.
