摘要: Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson's hemangioma) is a benign disease of vascular origin characterized by exuberant proliferation in normal blood vessels.The most important feature the its resemblance to hemangiosarcoma and resulting possible radiologic misinterpretation. We present findings 45-year-old woman presenting neck mass extending thoracic cavity.
