Synchrotron radiation analysis of sugar cane ash 800°C and their cement pastes blends.

摘要: This paper presents a synchrotron X-ray radiation analysis of the sugar cane straw ashSCSA (treated at 800 °C) cement pastes blends aged 7, 28 and 90 days diffraction beamline (XPD) Brazilian Synchrotron Laboratory (LNLS). A high intensity monochromatic beam λ =1.5489 was used an excellent signal to noise ratio obtained for 2θ varying from 10 110. The main goal is study influence ashes in curing process its pozzolanicity through chemical reactivity, obtaining quantity multiphase compound, alite portlandite, produced cement. results show that even SCSA shows reactivity; inclusion blended paste becomes less reactive than control when we follow behavior peaks related portlandite phases.
