摘要: With increasing air pollution, silica nanoparticles (SiNPs), as a main inorganic member of PM2.5, have gained attention to its reproductive toxicity. Most existing studies focused on the acute exposure, while data regarding chronic effect SiNPs reproduction is limited. Therefore, this study was designed evaluate toxicity spermatocyte cells. The cells were continuously exposed for 1, 10, 20 and 30 generations at dose 5 μg/ml 24 h per generation after attachment. results showed that with decreased viability cells, induced apoptosis increased level reactive oxygen species in Moreover, protein expression GRP-78, p-PERK, IRE1α, ATF6 Cleaved caspase-3 suggesting improved unfolded response (UPR) apoptosis. present indicated long-term low-dose exposure could induce by triggering ROS-mediated UPR
