摘要: With the objective of developing a small blood pump with levitated rotor, we propose design scheme for an axial-type self-bearing motor. The axial type motor, which is basically composed disc motor and magnetic bearing, controls both rotation translation rotor. proposed similar to bidirectional except changing magnitudes sides flux control attractive force. However, radial tilt directions rely on passive stability, and, therefore, rotor has poor damping might cause damage constituents. includes hydrodynamic bearing improving support properties. Finally, confirm its functionality, experimental prototype been constructed incorporated into mixed flow pump. results indicated that had high efficiency as continuous pump, delivering sufficient rate pressure head.
