摘要: 1. Cat spleens were perfused with Krebs-bicarbonate solution at a rate of about 7 ml./min 33–35° C. Noradrenaline release after splenic nerve stimulation 10 or 30 Hz was measured. Effects various ions and drugs on noradrenaline determined. 2. Perfusion phenoxybenzamine- [3H]noradrenaline-treated 1, 2·5 5 m M cobalt nickel—2 Krebs markedly reduced the by stimulation. Lanthanum most potent inhibitor release. Increasing calcium concentration adding tetraethylammonium chloride (TEA) partially counteracted inhibitory effects Cobalt did not inhibit induced tyramine. 3. Calcium cause spontaneous either when high concentrations injected directly into spleen first perfusing calcium-free medium. 4. Carbachol, protoveratrine potassium inhibit, whereas TEA, barium rubidium enhance, evoked noradrenaline. 5. The relation to influx its modification agents has been discussed.
